High Agency
Raw effort, high agency, and bias toward action delivers results. 2025 was the year that proved it. It was also the year that proved sixty-hour weeks have a cost that compounds in the wrong direction — and that intensity alone, without leverage, is unscalable.
The lesson that seeded 2026: agency is necessary, but unscalable on its own. The path forward is agency plus compute.
