Scale Your Compute
Each unit of effort should yield more than one unit of result.
2026 theme — building systems that turn one hour of setup into a hundred hours of recurring value.

Manufacture Opportunities
Don't wait to be picked. Create the surface area where opportunity lands.
2024 theme — stop optimizing for being chosen; produce the artifacts that opportunities attach to.

Spring of Optimization → Focus
Weed out wasted time, then aim what's left at one thing.

The first theme. Knowledge had been accumulating for years; this was the season to start putting it out — writing, building, teaching. The trial run that proved themes work better than resolutions.
